total lost: 57lbsmy goal is to lose 100 pounds in a 365 days, and so far i have lost 57lbs in 16 weeks.
This makes me want to cry. I just can not believe how much progress i have made. I am a totally new person and really no words can really describe how proud i am of myself. I still feel like that Erica at 225 sometimes, but hey I am now at 65 pounds lost and that 65 pounds is never coming back.

Someone requested a newer progress picture, so here it is. Please excuse my lack of pants. I couldnt find my shorts! I didnt want my legs to be completely covered by my pants, so I opted for no pants at all.
I started off weighing 258lbs. By week 38 I was 184lbs - 74 pounds dropped. It has been 10 more weeks and I’m 180lbs currently…I was 176lbs before thanksgiving, but I packed on some pounds. I’m down 78 pounds and even though my weightloss has slowed down I’m not going to just give up. I’ve ran way to many miles, lifted way to many weights, ignored way to many delicious foods to just quite.
PS: Not my bathroom. I keep a clean bathroom (LOL)
