Rest day body loving. I always used to feel bad about myself on rest days.
I mean I was pretty impressed (surprised) it didn’t pop
So here I am, 20lbs lighter.
i’m 5’2”. And in 2 weeks will be my first healthy life anniversary. So proud.
The “before” picture was so hard to find, because it seems I haven’t allowed anybody to take a picture of me during this period. So this is my only one.
And i don’t even understand how i could keep drinking & eating like I was doing, when I see that. I mean, I was sad as hell every time i was looking into a mirror. Crying every night. WHY didn’t I stop sooner ?
anyway, I’m still not fully happy with my body, but I try every day harder, and I’ve never been happier in my life.

Hi! It’s me again. I was looking through old facebook pictures and found some pretty good before pics! So I guess I should show you guys where I started. Almost two years ago, I weighed 215. I lost the majority of my weight that summer by eating better and jogging on the treadmill twice a day (30 min each) and then began the 30 day shred. After I maintained for 1.5 years, I did Insanity, lost 13 lbs, and that’s me today bringing a total to 46lbs lost. Still going and gonna dig deeper for another 2 months. :)
